The SAS 39, is a local Croatian built yacht, and was built in Zadar during the early 1990's. They are a roomy 39ft yacht and are unusual in that the saloon seat backs can be converted into proper sleeping bunks, allowing you to accommodate four singles in the main saloon as well as another six in the three cabins. This makes the yacht ideal for groups looking for lots of single berths. The quality of the build was of a cheaper yacht and so these yachts are more functional than beautiful. They do however sail very well and are a very cost effective option for groups looking for a budget boat. We have one on our in house fleet that has been refitted in 2012/13 and so has a new engine, sails, a fully battened mainsail, new pumps, water tanks, floorboards, cockpit decking and a general overall refit. It has one heads and a separate shower compartment. |
